Terrible!!

“Choosing National Copier Logistics to ship our copiers turned out to be the worst possible decision I could have ever made. I would have been better off buying a truck and driving the copier machines to their destinations, several states away. Yes, I do mean I would have been better off spending way more money to purchase a truck and take my own time and drive it there myself; thats how BAD my experience was.
They are terrible with communication. I've called so many times and never had anyone call me back. I've had just as many unanswered e-mails. I even let them know I was dissatisfied with their lack of communication and nothing changed. Todd Gillet,a salesman who works there was misleading. He told me that my shipment was insured, the invoice I received even said my shipment was insured, but of course they lost the Fiery print servers to our machines and when I went to collect on the insurance monies I was denied the full amount insured. Why? Because it was not REALLY insured.Todd used the word Insurance instead of telling me the truth ; that it was actually Valuation.
Valuation is not insurance at all, it is a tariff which only serves to LIMIT THE LIABILITY of the carrier! Not insurance at ALL! It just means Hey, if we screw your order up we are only obligated to reimburse you _________ dollars which is calculated by either .60 per pound or $5.00 per pound--which is usually never enough to repair or replace the damaged or lost object. Had I known that I would have made sure there was insurance!!
Tom Prince, the owner of the company is a REAL gem. He is a total jerk. He himself has not returned my calls and e-mails several times. He was never really friendly, and he didn't go out of his way to help me. When I learned that I couldn't collect on the insurance like I thought I was going to be able to I wrote him a business letter sent by certified mail stating that I expected his company to make good and pay the difference between what was being offered and what was supposedly insured. When he got the letter he called me and proceeded to insult me. I am astounded that he handled it like that. I expected more maturity from a business owner. My boss called him afterwards and they exchanged words. I was told that Tom said he knew his legal rights, that this sort of thing happens all the time. Seems like they screw up a lot if he is THAT familiar with the legalities of things.
If you have a need to move your office equipment (copiers, etc) and you value them at all, DO NOT USE NATIONAL COPIER LOGISTICS.”
